We're delighted you've chosen our property for your vacation. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to agree to the following terms and conditions. By signing this document, you agree to abide by these terms during your stay.
1. Reservation and Payment:
100% payment is deducted at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted: MasterCard, Visa and AMEX.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival are fully refundable, minus any credit card processing fees applicable to the refunded amount.
Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days before arrival: the guest is liable for 50% of the total reservation cost. Where less than 50% has been paid at the time of cancellation, the outstanding balance up to 50% will be charged; where more than 50% has been paid, the excess will be refunded, minus any credit card processing fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival: the guest is liable for the full reservation cost. Where the full amount has not yet been paid, the outstanding balance will be charged in full; no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.
3. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: From 2pm, however during peak school holidays, this is from 3pm to 11pm.
Check-Out: By 10am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.
4. Occupancy:
The property is rented to the person(s) named in the booking confirmation. The maximum occupancy is as per the listing.
No parties or events are allowed.
Lockouts and lost keys: Should you lock yourself out of the property, please contact us on 1300 150 650 or +61420106224. Lockouts between the hours of 10pm and 7am require security to be called to let you in. A cost of $200 is payable for the security call out fee. Lost keys are charged at $250 per set of lost keys.
"Schoolies" are not permitted.
5. Rules and Regulations:
No smoking inside the property including on the balconies and common areas. Smoking on the premises, including the balcony, results in a $250 fee.
The Host does not allow pets: There are no pets allowed on the Premises. If the Guest is found to have pets on the Premises, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited and the guest will be liable for full pest control and steam cleaning of carpets and fabric furnishings. This fee is $500.
Please respect the property and neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level. The building has a quiet time between 9pm and 8am daily where noise that can be heard from another apartment is not permitted.
Anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties, excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am or the failure to check out on time, will incur a $250 security call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
By making the reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions of your stay.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
A cleaning fee is included in your booking which covers standard exit cleaning and linen hire. The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a reasonably clean condition, with the dishes in the dishwasher (and the dishwasher started) and rubbish down the garbage chute in the hallway.
Excessive mess left in the apartment will incur an extra cleaning fee of $77 per hour. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that the Host shall deduct costs of said services from the credit card provided, if Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
7. Liability:
The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. The Guest expressly recognises that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Host may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Guest and that Guest should purchase their own insurance for their guests if such coverage is desired.
Use of premises: The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorised to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
The property owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY:
The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person or illegal sexual behaviour shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
8. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Queensland.
9. Agreement to Terms:
By making the reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions of your stay, and agree to complete the online check-in form, including the provision of government identification.
