Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am. Check in during peak school holidays is from 3pm, however we will always try and get you checked in earlier.

Yes, all of the swimming pools are seasonally heated. This applies to Oracle, Signature, and Sierra Grand.

Yes. A pool towel for each guest is provided.

Our apartments are well-equipped. You will have enough consumables for your stay, including toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper washing powder. Our apartments also have a welcome gift and a selection of teas and coffees.

Yes. You have full access to the facilities, excluding the front desk. Signature: you are unable to use the Cinema this is for residents only.

We believe that focusing on a particular location enables us to maintain the properties to a higher standard. Our staff spend less time driving over the Gold Coast and more time in your apartment ensuring it's well maintained and clean.

Unfortunately not. Each building has its own facilities. If you have booked an apartment in Oracle Tower 1 you can only access the Oracle Tower 1 facilities.

Unfortunately not. Each of the buildings we operate in does not permit pets in short-term rentals.

Kurrawa Beach is the closest patrol to Surf Beach and is patrolled all year round. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from Oracle Tower 1 and 5 minutes from Oracle Tower 2 and Signature about 10 minutes from Sierra Grand.

All buildings essentially are located. Oracle Tower 1 and Tower 2 are located above restaurants and 1 street from the Oasis Shopping centre and a 10 minute walk to Pacific Fair. Signature is located 1 street from restaurants and 2 streets from the Oasis shopping centre and a 7 minute walk to Pacific Fair. Sierra Grand is located a 7 minute walk to restaurants and the Oasis shopping centre and a 5 minute walk to Pacific Fair.

Yes. Guests staying at Sierra Grand can use the tennis court. You are able to book the court through reception, however you will need to provide your own rackets and balls.

The closest luggage storage facility is located at the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre in the Visitors Lounge.
